A good first attempt. Don't forget, however, that once you superimpose an image onto the background with the clone stamp, you need to do some erasing around the objects. Right now, the boat has a lot a border around it that separates it from the environment. The dolphins are working better, but could still use tighter erasure around them.
I like that you've stuck with a theme throughout your picture.
