This is a good start. You are thinking the right way. Now, consider cleaning up around the edges of your flying figure. Also, the flying figure would be casting a shadow onto the ground the same way that the seated figure is. In fact, looking at it now, I think the shadow would cut across the tree, too. Give that a try. Sorry for only just now responding. My sister-in-law's wedding took up far more of my time than I ever expected.
